James le Fleming or JALF as he is affectionately known (due to his initials) played Berkshire youth cricket and is a current, and well established first team player.
JALF travels back from university each weekend to help coach on Fridays and help push the first team to victories on a Saturday!

Still a young man, JALF has a lot of coaching experience. As well as being a level 2 coach he also works for the ECB, coaching children on match days at various England ladies games! This work has taken him around many international / county grounds across the country and he has established himself as a very popular member of this network.

JALF therefore offers a lot of experience in coaching young children and is the perfect person to be our colts senior lead coach. In this role, JALF will oversee our lead coaches on Friday evenings as well as leading the Under 8s and Under 13s.
