This season, for the first time, the Club entered the Bracknell Mid Week T20 league.

As newcomers we started in Divison 2.

Under the captaincy of Alfie Agar, 17, a young squad of 20 players has just concluded an unbeaten season and will be crowned league winners.

Promotion to the top table has been assured for next season.

We ended the season with three batters in the top six run scorers.Greg Davis, Sohil Mangat and Alfie. Greg and Sohil both hit hundreds.

Nim ended as the top wicket taker (7) and Alfie with the most victims (8).

The story of the campaign is really one of a fantastic team effort with contributions coming from the whole squad.

Of real note was the bowling of Ethan and Josh Duckworth and Adhrit Pande. They all bowled with great control and guile against far more experienced batters.

As well as winning the league, the team lost out in a tight Cup semi final against Finchampstead. That competition included teams from all three divisions.

The aim is to build on this young squad for next season and be competitive in Division 1.
