This year, the Under 7s are fortunate to be led by two of our star young players, both with bright futures.

Jake Lawson joined the club as a 9 year old and has worked tirelessly at his game ever since. Being very methodical in his training he broke into the Berkshire team at the U11 age group and has never looked back.

Jake is a current CDCC first team and Berks U18 / Academy player.

Like fellow lead coach Alfie, Jake has been very well coached in his career and has an excellent technical understanding of the game. He will be able to impart his wisdom on our youth players and is looking forward to uncovering our next first team star!

Jake and Alfie will be supported by several assistant coaches all of whom have been through an internal "coach the coaches" training course run by Director of Cricket, Jon Stewart.

Our senior lead coach James will help oversee this section and step in when Jake or Alfie have Berkshire commitments. See here:
