This year, the Under 7s are fortunate to be led by two of our star young players, both with bright futures.

Alfie is a true reflection of our philosophy of bringing young players through our colts system and into our first team. Alfie joined us as a 6 year old and excelled in every age group. Having represented Berkshire at every age group, he is now a CDCC first team and Berks U18 / Academy player.

Having been well coached from a very young age Alfie knows only too well all the drills that are designed to improve our young players but also understand that at this age group cricket needs to be fun, participative and engaging.

Along with fellow lead coach Jake, they will provide some great sessions for our under 7 section.

Jake and Alfie will be supported by several support coaches all of whom have been through an internal "coach the coaches" training course run by Director of Cricket, Jon Stewart.

Our senior lead coach James will help oversee this section and step in when Jake or Alfie have Berkshire commitments. See here:
